I do not currently provide couples counseling but I often provide individual counseling on issues related to long term partnerships and/or marriages.

Therapy lengths vary generally from 8-12 weeks, 6 months - a year, and a year + for long-term therapy. What’s important is that we are on the same page as far as expectations, that you understand the treatment plan, and that you are finding benefit and reaching your therapy goals. No coffee talk endless therapy here!
