Clients often describe me as authentic, humorous, and direct. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to be yourself and speak openly about what’s troubling you, while also feeling genuinely seen and supported.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, behaviors, and inner parts with curiosity and compassion—not criticism. This process helps uncover what you truly want and need, while also equipping you with practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in helping clients heal from the lasting impact of growing up in dysfunctional family environments. Many of the individuals I work with struggle with a harsh inner critic, low self-esteem, perfectionism, codependency, procrastination, anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma. Through an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed lens, I help clients understand and connect with the parts of themselves that developed in response to early pain. I believe there is always hope for healing—when we bring compassion and curiosity to these parts, lasting change becomes possible.
Starting therapy takes courage, and finding the right fit is an important part of the process. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you get a sense of what working together might look like, answer any questions you may have, and ensure the support I provide aligns with your needs.
